Can my family join me?
Absolutely! Bringing your family can be a wonderful experience for everyone! We have activities and events for all ages. It's a great opportunity for them to see where you studied, meet your friends, and share in your memories.
Would there be opportunities to interact with the staff?
Absolutely! Everyone will have an opportunity to interact with the staff.
What sort of networking opportunities are available?
You'll have plenty of opportunities to reconnect with old friends, meet new people, and exchange ideas and experiences.It's a great chance to build both personal and professional connections, so make sure to bring some business cards or prepare to exchange contact information.
What is the all-inclusive cost for the event?
The all-inclusive cost is determined by the total number of registered attendees. It covers two meals and an overnight stay at the resort. The finalized cost will be provided in September once registration has closed.
Accommodation & Logistics
What modes of transport are available to commute from the resort and back?
You are welcome to provide your own transportation. We will also have transportation that will ferry people from the school to the resort on the 26th. We recommend using the common transportation to reconnect with others and avoid driving.
Is transportation from the resort available for guests traveling to Tirunelveli on the evening of the 26th?
Yes, transportation to Tirunelveli can be arranged from the resort, subject to the number of guests requiring the service.
I have specific dietary needs. Could it be accommodated?
We will do our best to accommodate specific dietary needs. Please contact one of the steering committee members on WhatsApp at the earliest.
Could multiple guests stay in a single room at the resort?
The resort offers extra beds, and some rooms can accommodate up to four adults with two additional beds. The rooms are also quite spacious.
Is it possible to request a specific room type for my family at the hotel?
For specific accommodation needs, please login and ensure that the details are accurate on your profile. As we get closer to the event date, the event team will collate the registration data and start making reservations.
